Ive appeciated all your encouragement and advice so far guys! This is most definitely not the end of my weightlifting. Just need to develop a new, fun routine to get myself remotivated and until I do so there is really no point to logging :/

Unofficial update for you brahs! Been working out again on BLSS, squat had decreased 20lbs, bench surprisingly stayed the same and the other lifts are all around where they were when I left off! I've gotten much leaner and plan on being serious again and gettin fatter! Whether or not regular logs come back I'm not sure but once I'm in PR territory I'll let you all know been impressed with all of your guys progress and wish you the best!

Started doing Yates rows instead of pendlay. Much easier.
Some lifts Im shooting for this week
Bench 3x190x5
Squat 3x240x5
Deadlift 295x5
Front Squat 3x150x5
Yates Row 3x150x5 (light still working on form)
Standing OHP 3x125x5
Shouldn't be a problem. Only thing that's be tough is gettin all the reps in on benchPR's -
