Reminds me of the Gym I train at, group of 4 kids, zero warm up, zero progress, always bench and chest. Between sets they were playing a game. The game was to name Premiership managers from 2011 who won manager of the month. I just sat there with my back against the wall in full bert stare mode.

What I made my ex do, roughly, was:

1: Squat/RDL/Row and accessories
2. OHP/Bench/accessories (push-ups, pull-ups, whatever)
3. Squat/Deadlift/accessories
4. Bench/OHP/accessories

Focus on teaching good form and don't let her move up in weight or whatever if the form breaks down. She'll probably have less of an ego about what weights she uses as opposed to a guy so that should be easier.

This looks good to me Frizzel. As long as there's enough rowing/rear delt work to balance the pushing, then I wouldn't do much more than this.

I'd probably come up with:
Squat/RDL/Nordics or Assisted GHR
OHP/Bench/Row/Pull Up
Squat/Deadlift/Nordics or Assisted GHR
Bench/OHP/Row/Face Pulls

Keep it simple. Compounds movements to form the vast majority. Can obviously add in other accessory movements on top of that.

Just get her doing the same things as you do and encourage her to keep increasing her weight. I train and set in with the guys in the gym just using less weight ( sometimes )

There is no reason for her to do any different routine from you.

Well there actually is - my routine is absolutely sh*te. Just dont have the motivation to train properly any more. Routine:

Mon - back and bis
Wed - Legs
Fri - Chest and tris

Alternate between 'heavy' and high volume each week.

Ehh, I don't see how she's friend zoning me? She wanted a casual relationship. Basically I totally understand because I wanted that a month ago myself lol. My reasoning was more along the lines of having fun with someone and dating but basically not taking the emotional side-effects that come with relationships. Because if you want to focus on working and whatnot it's just a nuisance. Her's seem for similar reasons but she also has the recent break up.

Also, she texted me for a drink after 2 months of not talking to her. Before that I told her I liked her blah blah and she said she had a boyfriend and I told her to delete my number in the case 'cause I wasn't looking for a friend lol (and she did lol, but I messaged her it on FB so I guess she checked there).

I have no idea what a casual relationship is either but whatever I described (kinda). I don't deny I do quite like her. I've not known her long at all but simply put she's really attractive as well as really smart. I've dated girls who were fairly smart but not so attractive and attractive girls who weren't so smart but that combination not really. It's also other things - same sense of humour, she reads a fuark ton which is really attractive, etc.

That's the thing. I probably liked her too quickly because it's somewhat of a rebound for me too but I liked her quite a bit before too. I dunno. I don't think you need long to realise someone's attractive features. Obviously don't know her that well so there's a lot I may not like but she ticks a lot of boxes for now. For sure, that's exactly what I told her. We could do casual but I know in a few months I'd like her more and she'd be the same. Then what?

Ehh, kinda a rebound for me too. Not really bothered because I don't think it is. A rebound relationship usually accelerates things quickly. The opposite is happening here so it's not really a rebound relationship.

Sure, as am I. I don't think for her it's just attention from a guy though. She seems quite confident and she's a girl - she could get with a guy and bang and get attention. It's more than that which is the odd thing about it all.

Edit: I'm talking like she's a one-itis because I haven't been with that type of girl before and to me that's who I do want to date. Someone smart and attractive. I don't just mean smart like okay smart, I mean she reads Russian literature and studies Medicine. That's attractive as fuark to me lol. For most they don't care and that's fine but if I wanted to choose a type of person to date it would be that type. And she's that type. That's the "issue". Both. You should be studying a subject at uni you are interested in. As someone who is completely uninterested in his course and only gets by because he's very good at it, I wouldn't necessarily say it's worth it. Waking up and going to every lecture is a struggle because it's incredibly dull. Which is why my attendance is awful. And further to that....Geography...really?

However, I don't think it's a very solid degree. It's not bad, but there's more "respected" degrees. Obviously this highly depends on your aspirations. If you want to do something heavily involved with geography then obviously study geography.

I don't see the point mate, i know myself i can go below parallel with 200 and thats good enough for me lol. I don't know how many people here critiquing ever go heavy on squats but i can't do 200 every session, i usually only go heavy once every few sessions and made this vid with like 3 days notice so obv wasn't 100%.
