average arm size

What would be the average arm size for someone that's around 6 ft. and weighing about 180-200 lbs?? I never really got into measurements lately and now it's kind of bothersome how slow arms grow in size in comparison to all the other body parts! What would be a respectable size?

For your answer I would say about 15 - 16 inches

I think its cuz ive been fat for so long...my arms look smaller....so when i see guys who are cut their arms look huge to me. I pull em aside and throw a tape on them and mine are usually bigger, lol...but theirs LOOK way bigger cuz of the cuts

there is this guy who is like 5'5" or so...small waist etc. His arms look huge to me (relatively speaking)...I figured they were like 17.5". Turns out they were 15.5"

for someone in good shape with a proportional physique a GOOD size would be 16-17

I'm 6'1 197-199lbs 3 and a half weeks out (around 6% bf), and arms dipped under 17 durring cut....probably like 16.7 inches now. I would consider my arms a weak point to be honest though.

EDIT: btw I'm 6' 195 lbs 10% with 17" arms, hence the curiosity.

19.5", despite that I've only been able to work triceps about 3 or 4 times since February (moderate/light volume and weight), due to some mild tendinitis. I haven't lost much at all, though. But my arms are massively underdeveloped. Always one of my weakest muscle groups.

I figure I'm going to need 22" in order to have "good arms", that are in proportion. Well, the kind of proportion that I'm aiming for, anyways. It's just going to take a ton of work. If I can just get healthy... almost there, I think...

I definitely now know what triceps exercises I'm going to cut OUT, in the future.

Average 6 footer in the 180-200 range (Assuming fairly lean), no less than 15.5/6, no more than 18. That's such a broad range in weight, 20 lbs is almost a lifetime of muscle for many, hence the vast range in sizes.

In general, the taller you are, the bigger your measurement will be. Hence Arnie with 22's and most 5'5'ers with 19's.

I'm 6'3", currently 207lbs and 17" stone cold, 17.5" pumped.
Best ever (TONS of hyper training) was 212lbs 18" cold, 18.5" pumped.
