Have you seen Rsardinia? Have you seen Berto? both of those guys get absolutely shredded and look great following Ian's protocols. I think it's pretty obvious Ian wasn't blessed with much for genetics. So you can't really say what he says doesn't work just because it hasn't show on his own body. I've followed an IIFYM diet and gotten in great shape. Much better shape than 95% of anyone on here.
