Exclamation Sore/popping shoulder and Inner bicep pain?

During my normal upper body workout I've noticed some weird pain lately.

    Upper-body workout:

    Bench: 12 reps - 185, 10 reps - 195, 5 reps - 225, 3 reps - 265
    Flys: 12 reps - 195, 10 reps - 225, 5 reps 255, 3 reps - 290
    Triceps pushdown - 12 reps - 195, 10 reps - 225, 5 reps 255, 3 reps - 290
    Preacher Curls - 12 reps - 95, 10 reps - 105, 5 reps - 125, 3 reps - 150
    Reverse rows - 12 reps 45 degree incline X 4

During my last workout while on flys I began to feel a severe pain in my inner bicep (inner arm between bicep and triceps). So much that I was forced to lower the weight, and even doing 5 reps at 150 (45lbs below my 12 rep) I was forced to stop. I've never felt pain in this part of my arm before and was wondering if anyone could tell me the source/reason I'm having it and how to fix it.

Also since the workout my right shoulder has been sore (it normally pops during workout) but the pain has become more and more severe and its not a "I worked out" sore but a tender hurts to move pain.

    Please help thank you,
    Dustin

had the same problem once. Just a sign of over training or maybe you let the weight go too quickly or did a move incorrectly. Anyhow, just decrease the volume a little with those areas so that they may recover properly, (maybe a week or two) I know it sucks to do this but it prevents it form getting worst and enables you to take advantage of the free time by working on weaker body parts and maybe some cardio.

As for your shoulder, I doubt it's serious but can you explain how and exactly where it hurts so we can kind of figure out if it's just a strain or not. Does it hurt when you bring your arm up to the side? Front? Does it hurt at a certain point when lifting above your head?

why don't you rest for a week or two since you can't really put a nail to it. visit a physician or whatever you call it for doctors that specialises in this area. solving it asap is better than ignoring it and one day sufferring the long term pain and regretting. thats how i feel though
The world would be a better place if everyone would channel their frustration and anger to better themselves and be nicer to everyone they meet. Everyone has their own fights and stories to tell, you are not more important than another.

    - note to self, lessons from 2016.

yea the "go to the doctor" advice never really sits well with people lol. Like how many times has someone told you "go to the doctor" or "check that out" and you NOT go? Going to the doctor is tough nowadays for a multitude of reasons. If you're not going to follow that golden advice at least describe the pain in detail so we can do our "best" in figuring out what's wrong with it

Its the upper front part of my right shoulder, its located in-front of the bone (when you raise arm upwards the small hollow spot between the muscles and bone). It mainly hurts when I raise it up to the side, I've also noticed its been popping lately when I use my right hand to run my steering wheel while driving, completely to the right during a right turn it pops very loudly.

I'm actually contemplating making a trip to see a doctor if its not better in about a week (as most things that aren't serious tend to begin feeling better in less than a week)
