    Smile How long before training should i eat pasta

    how long pre-workout should i eat pasta? im thinking an hour, should i eat until im full or what?
    just wondering as i had a crappy workout yesterday because of low energy levels.

    an hour would be minimum.... I usually shoot for 1.5 hours, max 2 hours. Pasta with 4oz chicken and a tblspn of olive oil.... great preworkout food for me. Eat until you are satisfied, but don't eat to the point of sluggishness. Your Pre-WO meal is important, but make sure your nutrition throughout the day leading up to your workout is on point too (as well as afterwards). Consistent nutrition on a large scale = consistent results and performance.
