congratz on the baby!
a few questions i didnt get my bench reps for week 5 for madcows so i had to redo it 3x so far. 2 the first time then 4 then 3 today. I know it says several weeks of no progress reset the weight back several weeks. Is 3 weeks several weeks? and how many weeks should i reset?

Do you guys mess with the set interval, tonnage cut off, and match prs in the excel sheet? i just leave everything default
o and got a pr on dumbbells used 100s today after only getting 405 once instead of 5={]Steam/Origin id: Fivefootkillerz RSN: Hi cookie
