Question is as above. If your average chicken breast (one breast) how much protein is there & how much does it typically weigh? I read somewhere it had only 12 grams of protein but I thought it would have way more then that.

However a 'normal' frozen boneless/skinless chicken breast is more than 4 ounces. I weighed one out recently and it was ~7 ounces. So take that into consideration. I think they say a 'palm-size' portion is about 4 ounces so it makes sense because most of my frozen chicken breasts are probably entire hand-sized.

Is this raw or cooked
-Skinless chicken breast 3.5oz-(165 Calories)-(31 Protein)-(0 Carbs)-(4 Fat)
I want to make mine into portions then freeze it. If this is raw then ok but if it is cooked how many ounces would you make it to put in freezer bags to get 3.5oz cooked.
Thanks

4 oz. raw is around 25g protein, however 4oz. cooked is quite different than 4 oz. raw, when you cook it, your cooking out a good amount of water and can overshoot your macros, I used to do this for a long time.

OMG...JUST learned ive been messing up my macros by measuring frozen chicken breasts by perdue...(ten pound bags)
Bag stats are 22 g protein for 4oz......but after cooking it shrinks so if weighing out 4 oz cooked there would be more like 29 grams protein

I'm competing in four weeks at a bob competition and would like to know what a great diet should look like at this point. Can anybody offer up a great pre workout diet for me.

What's wrong with "7 year bumps" or a bump after any long period? (rhetorical question)...... When you research nutritional sh*t with Google along with "Bodybuilding" as a keyword, a thread off of BB.com will almost always come up on the first page of search results....... Sayin' sh*t like ""I think the O.P would have figured it out by now"" is???? These threads are not only useful for the O.P, these threads are useful for the general public...... Any new post gets posted at the very end, so no interference with the original responses.... Stop reading, stop clickin' *Next Page* when the thread is no longer relevant. Holy mackeF8CK, you F*cks that b*tch and whine about that are r*tarded.
You p*ssed your NOTIFICATION wasn't some fool "Liking" your sh*t but rather a "7 year bump instead"? F*ckin approval junkies.
Judge and jury rule in my favour, d*mb c*nt.

Let us pretend that we are in a court of law, as to make our communication clear.
I have presented my argument. What is your counter argument that will discredit my argument in which I posted in poster number #22?

MetilHed, do you wish to present your argument?
You have left a strong hint of your tendency to become agitated when you receive a NOTIFICATION on ********, if the said NOTIFICATION has no direct correlation with any Poster or Comment that you have personally posted or made.... You also hinted that these same feelings of agitation in which you feel on ********, do not arise when the same type of incident occurs on this web-site; Which by the way, I believe you are lying about.
Furthermore, do you believe that BB.com should LOCK threads after a certain amount of time and/or allow the O.P to lock the thread when he/she feels the thread in which he/she created has already served the purpose in which he/she intended it to, as to prevent this phenomenon of altercations arising due to the disturbance that new Bumps on old thread seem to create?
