    How much can you dumbbell curl

    Just wondering how much teens around my age can curl currently i can only curl 50 for 3 reps ik im weak i use to be able to curl them for 6 reps but i havent been working out for a minute so just wondering how much can u dumbbell curl and please leave ur weight height and age im 15 weigh 150 and am 5 '10

    Agree. I rep 50lb about 6 times. Don't do it regularly. Just to see how much I can do. Of course with strict form.

    Yeah. I only do compound exercises and it's always fun to check every once in a while on how much strength you've gained.

    wouldnt mind seeing a vid of this... i cant see it being particularly strict....


    i dont no for one second why someone would be measuring this for strength tho, i mean 50 for 3.... why for 3? this aint power lifting its curling lol.

    im curling 20kg hammer for 10,
    18kg flat for 10

    all strict without swinging about... managed to get 8 on 50kg on the ez curl at home

    After my back workout i go onto bi's and normally ide be able to curl 40lbs maybe 5 times...but after doing back ( with slight form issues ) ide be lucky to do 25lbs.

    Why would you curl so heavy? If you're going for strength I guess that would be ok but if you're going for size you should lower the weight. Your biceps are a small body part that grow best in the hypertrophy range (8-12 reps).
