If you are still alive chances are you are one lucky motherfuker . A friend of mine nearly died from walking down the street and a brick falling from 3 stories high on top of his head (DEAD SRS.) , talk about bad luck.
-When i was 5 i had appendicitis but late diagnosed so went into emergency surgery to remove infection , barely made it out alive.
-When i was 7 i nearly drowned because of the flux , was trying to get to the 2nd shore ( after swimming a certain distance the sea level drops down to your ankles , so basically 2nd shore) but didnt know how to swim so just walked on my toes . Then the flux came and the water level was 2 feet above my head.
Brb life flashing before my eyes as i drowned , but then my survival instinct kicked in and i started walking underwater for 4-5 steps then reaching up and gaspign for air , and so on untill i reached the shore . ( my aunt was fuking sunbathing and didnt hear me scream , will never forgive her )
Got more stories like these but inb4 didnt read so will keep it short.
Most of us have some stories where we cheated death , so share them and dont take life for granted

When I was 6, I jumped into a deep pool thinking it was shallow because you know how when you look through water it doesn't look as deep? yeah, I drowned, but thankfully somebody was walking by, and saved me.
I also fell 40 FT when I was scaling some rocks with friends while I was younger, surprisingly I didn't break anything, just bruised my back pretty badly, Paramedics said I was the luckiest kid he's ever seen.Exercise to stimulate, not to annihilate. The world wasn't formed in a day, and neither were we. Set small goals and build upon them.

-when I was being born I moved around a lot and got the umbilical chord wrapped around my neck several times. came out of my mom's vag all black and blue and the doctor saved me by immediately cutting the chord. didn't make me retarded or even worse bald, but I do believe it might have contributed to me being a manlet

-12 years old at a Chinese buffet
-Didn't know I was extremely allergic to shellfish.
-Wanted to see what lobster tasted like
-Put a piece on my tongue
-Spit it out instantly cuz it tasted bad
-5 minutes later, my whole face is swollen and my eye is the size of an egg
-Doctor said if I swallowed it I'd be dead.

went to blizzard beach with some friends when i was 12 or 13. We went on a ride where it was ~6people to a tube (tallest ride they had) and we all jumped out of the tube when it started.
We would hold onto the tube with one hand and glide down behind/beside it. We took a sharp corner and i lost my grip on the tube, i went up the wall and into the air, could see down about 100ft lol but i came back down the side of the wall. Scariest **** ever.

Diagnosed with cancer at age 13. 3 surgeries and a year a chemotherapy. I used to think surviving wasn't a big deal, but now almost 10 years later cancer scares the sht out of me, don't know what I would do if I had it again.
EDIT:
Just remembered this - I was about 16-17 at a party. Passed out alone in basement. Girl came down to look for her phone and said I was laying on my back and puking and sort of shaking a little (couldn't breath). She turned me over so I didn't choke to death on my own vomit. Scared me out of drinking for a while after, I'm glad she came downstairs.

- very young (maybe 3 years old) was walking with a stick in hand and fell down, the stick wen't into my mouth and cut the back of my throat. Had to be airlifted to hospital.
- 8-9 years old, was camping playing 'home free' with a bunch of people i knew near some horseshoe pits. Some kid who was like 5 years older than me with a mental disability pushed me while i was running and my head landed literally and inch away from the horseshoe stake in the ground.
- 15 years old, woke up one morning and couldn't walk. The next day i was diagnosed with miller fisher syndrome (my antibodies began to attack my CNS after it fought off a sickness) and was unable to walk as well very blurred vision. I Guess if it escalated enough it would've attacked my heart or brain = dead. Was infused with new antibodies for 3 days and had a spinal tap. Not fun.

I wrapped around a post of a guardrail when i went down on my sportbike. Luckily my legs hit first because if i fell a millisecond earlier my torso would have snagged it and i would have died.
I dont want to post a pic on here in fear of a gore ban but i made a thread about it on gixxer.com

When I was 17 and had just started rock climbing, I was rapelling using a munter hitch:
One of the loops worked its way down the side of the carabiner, unlocked the gate, and then back through the unlocked gate. The rope was now just running freely through the carabiner. I thought I was going to die for a split second, but there was a ledge about three feet below me.

Was driving down the highway in bad weather in the left lane, and a semi pulled inches in front of me from the right lane forcing me to hit the brakes pretty hard. I started spinning out, I literally did two 360's while going 50-60 mph down the highway and narrowly avoided falling down to the left into oncoming traffic where my sh*t would have been completely fuked up. But I very luckily ended up coasting onto the shoulder of the highway, my car was going backwards at that point and I slammed into some big pole and knocked it over.
