    What is the difference between empty calories and normal calories in turns of bulking?

    Yes there are.. empty calories are calories which supply only macronutrients without micronutrients. For example you will not get any vitamins/minerals/phytonutrients by eating white sugar out of the bag.

    On What? You're 14 years old and skinny.. sugar is the least of your worries. When you start competing in bodybuilding you will want to watch sugar consumption while cutting. But no matter what, when you're bulking, anything goes.

    Essentially, they are calories which have an exceptionally poor nutritional value. Take a pint of Foster's lager for instance. 227 calories, and only contains 17g of carbohydrates (no protein or fat).
