lol I dunno but that quote is from the NPC rulebook I was reading through to see if there have been any changes for this year and I noticed that and was wondering what the hell the moon pose is. If anyone knows for sure, an answer would be great.

Hiking your posing trunks up the crack of your ass to show your glutes, bending over in front of the audience, etc.

The moon pose is actually termed from the yoga position. The hiking of the trunks is something still done in the IFBB (which is just gross) therefore the NPC finds it necessary to mention you will be DQ'd for it for impersonating those professionals that do it.

Is it the pose with both hand behind head and torquing down to flex side obliques. I don't know if this is or isn't the moon pose but I'm assume since it is very similar to the yoga moon pose it would be.
