Hey,
Currently I blend up oats/banana's/protein/milk about three times throughout the day. Though since i live in Australia, the prices of banana's are incredibly high due to floods/cyclones etc. I was wondering if anyone might know of something i can replace the banana's with? If theres not then i'll stick to banana's, but currently i'm spending about $70 a week on banana's.

I eat chicken for lunch already.
The shakes are for breakfast, post workout, and before bed.
Breakfast needs to be quick, (before work), so i don't really want to rule that out. Post workout all i feel like doing is showering, i cbf'ed eating a solid food so the shakes work well then. And before bed i simply feel like crashing, but i could probably replace that with another meal but i want something quick and simple. Not something that'll take me a while to make.
I can blend/drink/wash the blender all in 10 minutes. The speed in which i can do all that makes it hugely efficient and easy to me. I make chicken + salad sandwiches for lunch. So even if i can find something to eat before bed, it'd still save me a fair bit of money.

Considering most fruits are mainly carbohydrates, it shouldn't be hard to find a fruit with a similar nutritional content.
Blueberries, strawberries, apples, oranges and so fourth have a very similar nutrition content compared to bananas, when comparing them in terms of carbs/fats/proteins. They're all mainly carbohydrates, with little difference if you were to use equal portion sizes. In regards to macronutrients, if you do use the same serving size (ie. if using 100g of banana, use 100g of orange), then it will make minuscule difference.
