I've been dirty bulking for a while, but it seems my upper abs show pretty well, especially while flexed. However, when I sit down, some of the stomach fat rolls over. Standing up, I don't look fat at all though. Does this happen to anyone else?

I used to have some roles and then i lost some weight, now my stomach is like a balloon when sitting.
Bench: 175 LBS
Deadlift: 250 LBS
Squat: 170 LBS (ATG)
Military Press: 115 LBS
Barbell Rows: 125 LBS
Curl: 40 LBS dumbell
Dips: Injured
Pullups: 10 reps @ BW
5-10, 170 16% BF
Pain is weakness leaving the body
