Squatted 185 for 3 sets today fam. Didn't feel too bad, just extremely sore. Hopefully rehab keeps getting better and better! Also did my back to back bench day for smolov jr.

Fam. Hit some ME squats for the first time since the meet. Let me know what you think as far as form goes. 545 looked a little high, and I lose my arch. Well really, I never really set it. Any other glaring issues?
Kisses to you all.

Fam, you should all buy these wrist wraps and let me know how they are. I'm thinking of picking up a pair: http://www.liftinglarge.com/Parallel...aps_p_176.html

Bro's my Rem 700 in 300 RUM is SICK. Shot a beet bottle (old rotten beer) sitting on top of an old truck topper at about 60 yards...it instantaneously destroyed every bottle near it, tore the topper to shreds, and blasted a beer bottle sized hole straight through the bottom of where the bottle was. Then hit a beer can at 195 yards pretty easy. Gotta find a good place to attempt a 1000 yard shot.

K. I was thinking more like an upper body sized metal target, but I'll set up a can too. I gotta find a place first, and get some more powerful 150 gr bullets.
The 300 RUM has a pretty good percussion, but nothing like a 50 cal. I'm actually really surprised at how little mine kicks. I have shot 30-06 with more of a punch on the shoulder.Best Meet Lifts:

My friend qualifies for Collegiates. He needed a 1290 total and got 1295 with something like 501.5/303/490.5. Unfortunately he broke two toes in the process. Nationals is in two weeks so hopefully he can still squat and deadlift.

Oh yea that's what it is for us too. When I do my qualifier I'll be 17, but come competition time I'll be 18. What do? Lol
I have a 308 and its kick ain't nothing. I almost got a 30-06 but was scared, I wish I would have gotten it now.
That's like when I qualified, needed 995 and got 998. Howd he break his toes?I don't care.

Stock, but this: http://www.remington.com/products/fi...camo-rmef.aspx
Nikon Monarch 4-16 x 42 mm. Finally learning how to use it properly. I think next weekend I'll go out and get better schooled on using the mil dot and compare with my laser...and maybe scout some places to attempt longer shots.
I'm really glad I went with .300 RUM, now anything less seems so weak.Best Meet Lifts:

I put in for mule deer, elk, and javelina. If I don't draw I might do ferrel hog or buy a private land deer or elk tag up here.
Apparently if I get the best remington ammunition and sight in at 250 yards, I have to aim about 3.75 mils high at 1000 yards...peace of cake.Best Meet Lifts:

When ordering a flavor of hot wings, always clearly express your desire to **** blood later.
