I do ohp with my deadlifts, OHP first. Bench takes too much out of my tris to do ohp on the same day. Maybe switching when you do ohp would make all the difference! I also just found this warmup set calculator that might be useful to some of you.

I'll probably retest max effort OHP in several months, but it's not much of a concern for me in increasing that exercise.
And interdasting. Personally, seems too much of a warm up for me (I also spend 30 min foam rolling and mobility exercises prior to lifting so my warm ups are fairy quick weight increments)
