did back last night while the gym was dead, i was doing 225lbs one arm db rows when my boy show me a video of some big guy doing 1 arm 200lbs db rows, i had to do 225lbs for 4 reps at the end of my workout, nearly blew my back, worse lower back pump ever after doing 315lbs bent over barbell rows at the end of my workout
are u wondering how the fuc and where did i get 225lbs to do 1 arm row? take the 225lbs barbell off the squat rack and put ur hand in the middle of the bar and up u go one arm row., be sure to put safty pins on each side. i been doing 185lbs since our gym db only go up to 125lbs"makeshift:Fictional character

Yeah I know it's sad but to be honest I could care less how much I lift. Just want to stay active. Always had strong bench all my life. Many years of Snowboarding did some knee damage.
It's weird I can't squat for crap but can leg press 9-10 plates each side. All my press are ATG.

Probably lacking in that balance/practice for the squat considering your leg press numbers. I am the opposite, always sucked at leg presses.
Bench - 210x3
Squat - around 315, haven't maxed in a long time and recently started squatting again
DL - Low 500's.
I definitely feel you on the not caring how much you lift. But progress in numbers is definitely beneficial.

Yup as all the regs in here already know biking season plays a big role as well on my leg strength since I don't do much legs during the spring to fall but hell I can bike faster and harder than most peeps in this forum. Seriously I don't give a damn if someone lifts the same amount or even more than me right now. All I'm thinking is get shredded and maintain as much muscle and mass I can lifting moderate heavy weights with good form, no jerking, no bouncing and all that shyt. And besides my prep coach is watch my macros and progress so I can't divert my plans just to feed my ego and satisfy my e-bros. It's my damn goal and I'm going to get it

For sure bro. Is hiking season for me. I missed hiking a lot. Will be doing it more often this year.
Is great scenery at this time of the year after the rain. I should have took my camera with me today. The view was beautiful since I went a bit late. By the time I am at the peak, you can see the sunset going down on the beach and on the side, you see layers of mountains over mountains.
Would love to have mountain bike trails like you guys do over there.If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.
