Yeah it's actually very useful for me. It can be a pain to get stuff on the island so ordering through Amazon is pretty convenient. I actually piggyback on my mom's account with my own CC# and address so I don't pay the annual fee

I hate regular hamburger buns now that I understand how many calories are in them. Total waste of cals, crappy white bread that soaks through and falls apart for like 250cal per bun. I got into the habit of eating high fiber wraps while I was cutting.

I totally know these feels. It's changed my life. A few times, I've just eaten the turkey burger patty without the bun because I see it as such a waste of cals. It's not that weird, but I get weird looks.

Nah, not bulking. Just refeeding. Even though I'm still in the high teens, I just did it for a bit of a mental break. I used to do it every week, but have cut it back to once every 2-3 weeks.

Nah, not bulking. Just refeeding. Even though I'm still in the high teens, I just did it for a bit of a mental break. I used to do it every week, but have cut it back to once every 2-3 weeks.

Cool. Yea, I want to do that but it killed me over Thanksgiving so I've been resisting.

Mod-love was nice! Found a misc. photog group and Dominik is a mod over there. Really cool guy and we shoot the same stuff. Didn't even have to beg.

It wasn't hard to get back on track. It was really easy, but I lost a net of about 2 lbs in November. 'Twould have been 5 if not for Thanksgiving. I pretty much said eff it for the entire weekend surrounding Thanksgiving, which was awesome, but I'm just sick of cutting! I'm like you. I've been hitting 1700-1800 pretty consistently. It wears on you after a while.

It definitely takes it's toll. I feel like I'm closer than ever to my body comp goals, so I'll probably stick to cutting for one more comp and then say gooby to cutting for a long time. I never want to have to cut for longer than 12 weeks again. Chit is cray.

This past summer, I took a diet break and ate at maintenance for a while. My hunger went off the charts. Sucks to know that no matter if I'm cutting or bulking, I'll always be hungry. :/
