dips and skull crushers hurt me, dips hurt my upper chest and skull crushers hurt my elbows, what exercises can i do i currently only do cable push downs

Two arms overhead dumbbell presses and one arm overhead extensions. Close grip bench presses (lowered to the sternum) or tricep presses (lowered to the neck or chin). Have you tried a wider grip in for E-Z bar lying tricep extensions? Better: have you tried decline lying E-Z bar tricep extensions? This two should lessen your elbow pain. For upper tricep isolation, kickbacks are ok.
