Hi guys..
I have to take a drug test tomorrow for a new job. I know this is probably paranoia, but here are the facts:
1.) I've never used illegal drugs.
2.) I use the following supplements almost daily:
- Spike shooter energy drink
- Phenibut
- Nicotine gum
- Multi, vit C, fish oil and melatonin/theanine before
bed.
I ran a First Check Home 12 drug test as a precaution just now and everything came up clean.
Any idea if there's a chance something here will get red flagged on the GC/MS test? The home test claims 100% accuracy with GC/MS.. the test the lab will be using.

How much Pheni were you taking per day, for how long, and how have you been feeling since you stopped it? If you're feeling crappy it may be best to go off it slowly, lowering the doses everyday, while upping your theanine usage. That would be mainly if you're having any anxiety issues IMO. The rest of the sides could be tolerated depending on the person.

I was not worried about the Mel/Nic. I was worried more about past ephedra usage and the Spike shooter "proprietary formula". Plus the Phenibut, of course.
You've got to remember that we're dealing with an unregulated industry that really isn't held accountable for what's in the bottle. Do I think it's widespread? No. Do I think it happens? Yes.
Better safe than sorry.
