anyone hear of the isotonix and torch brand supplements ... we had a seminar on them at football camp and they are pharmeceutical(sp) grade and only available through their own website. I was wondering if anyone has heard or tried them. Isotonix has a powder multivitamin which is absorb into the blood in five minutes and they have an antioxidant blend thats the same. Torch has a preworkout, during workout and afterworkout formulas,
Also a nutritionist stated that the body only absorbs about 5-12 percent of the nutrients in regular multivitamins while the the body absorbs 90-95percent of the isotonix brand.
