The last one I did was when my kids were in cub scouts, the parents against the kids. I was in front of one lady when the match started. There were a lot more kids than parents and they ultimately won. The lady I was next to, I got up close and personal with, her bra pulled up at some point and we rubbed together most deliciously.

To improve ability, squats, deads, rows are a given.
Ability to keep standing takes some other skills. Try tai chi, box jumps and anything that makes you keep your balance under challenge: i.e. soccer, rugbyoh and gecko that link did not contain answers only the search page - swiftness_02
