any advantages? never really got into creatine and just wondering if the HCL is worth the money. note, i live at home, and work about 30 hours a week. i save half my money for college and the other goes to...uhm..."gardening supplies" so disposable income is disposable.

creatine-HCL vs. monohydrate
You are not a fragile ornament ready to collapse into an exhausted mass of goo simply because you squatted more than once in a 7-day week.
It'd be like preparing your entire life to bang 100 chicks in a row, getting tan, hitting the gym, making sure your hair looks right and reading the Kama Sutra, only to realize when you get there that you're gay and cannot get hard in the presence of women.

ON mono gets the job done. Recommend you put the powder in your mouth and swish water instead of mixing though - stuff doesn't mix for sh!t.
Clear eyes, full heart: can't lose.

yes. Note that pug's cut of beef is pretty rare because the more beef is cooked, the less effective creatine it will contain, which means if you eat well done beef, you probably need even more than 3 effing pounds. That being said, nobody on this forum needs 5 grams per day to maintain, as even a person who weighs 250 pounds would need 0.03 g X 113.6 kg = 3.4 grams per day to maintain levels
