@andayyyy, i would just like to thank you for eating so much ice cream on your prep. you have been an excellent ressource for debunking the irl bros
You're very welcome, Matt! I'll have pics of my awesome ice cream later today. Going to get Marble Cheesecake and if I can get a second flavour, I'll get either apple pie or pumpkin pie. Not sure yet! LOL

    UPDATE 19 days out

Woke up today at 80.6kg (177.32lb), which is a second equal low. I have a good feeling that more will come off very soon!!! Didn't go home after work yesterday, decided to go for a 1 hour and 44 minute walk/slow jog through the CBD/parkland to burn off 700kcals. Went home, prepped some meals and went to bed.

Today, not sure why, but I feel zombiefied. I guess you get those days. Got 700kcal after work and arms, ams and calves. Will do 150kcal walk/jog on the treadmill then another 550kcal after lifting. Plan today to hit 251P/220C/29F. Depending on how many grams my ice cream will be today. I budgeted for 500g worth, so I'm taking my scale to ensure I don't go over that amount.

Got all my accomodation sorted for the show, tanning etc Peak week is shaping up to be one heck of a week! Will run you all through it a bit closer in. No stopping now!

    lol this.

    @goldbondmafia - please stop flooding.

ok, just went to get my ice cream from that store. Amazing ice cream is amazing. got half apple pie and half marble cheesecake. Apple pie was simply irresistible. Had that amazing cimmanony/apple flavour that you'd expect. Ice cream was thick and also airy like a soft serve. Marble cheesecake just tasted like chocolate and was a bit of a let down. But all in all, awesome! Took my scale in and the total (including the cup) weighed out to be 785g. Weighed it after I finished and it was only 25g lol 10 mins later, I had demolished 760g of ice cream. So it puts me over my macros a bit, so today was: 258P/263C/33F (2,384 calories), tomorrow has been rejigged to be 246P/186C/22F (1,928 calories). All in all, great experience and definitely hitting the place up again!! When I left, the lady looked at me and said "already finished?" I was done eating that much ice cream in 10 minutes. People eat small cups in around 20 lol

    Here's a couple of photos:

Glad you enjoyed, man! Do they actually weigh the ice cream for you if you bring your scale in?! If they do that, I might consider doing that since I could fit in a lot of ice cream on training days. (577g carbs-- damn, I'd get a big brain freeze) That's really awesome & nice of them!

Most cheesecake flavored ice creams don't really hit the cheesecake flavor that well. Still great, but not that explosion of cheesecake taste. I think Cold Stone has the most spot on cheesecake ice cream. Try it out. (B&J's Cheesecake is second to that because it actually tastes like cheesecake)

At this place, I brought my scale in. Gotta track everything down to a T! You should take the scale in. Mine's slim so people can't see it when it's in my bag.

Definitely have to hit up strawberry cheesecake B&Js! We have that here in Australia, so it's on my to do list after show time! Too much fat in that lol fail!

Now, I weighed in after I ate 2 litres of ice cream, 20g natty peanut butter, 3 apples and I came in at 80.6kg - 177.32lb. Now that may be 600g higher than my lowest point, but it's 200g lower than yesterday and I have eaten all that food. Tomorrow AM, shall get a more accurate reflection. Absolutely LOVING longer duration LISS. Much better for overall fatigue, lethargy etc. Last night was Max-OT chest and wow, I was throwing some decent weight up. Again, kind of felt like off season where the weight kept going up and I was pushing myself! Tonight is just cardio, brought my clothes with me into the office and will go for a nice 2 hour stroll around the bay. I like longer duration because I don't think about food. Gotta slowly work these little things out, what best helps you succeed and not cheat.

ANYWAY, here are some crappy iPhone nudes for your Monday AM (if you live in Australia, that is). Promised Berto some proper nudes so I will have to take those SOON!

Still a long way to go. It really takes so much to get the highest standard of conditioning.

It's also a strange feeling, 18 days feels like an eternity, yet still doesn't feel like enough time.

The first contest is a great experience and you will learn so much. All of which you can apply to come back better next time. Look at yourself and really see where you've come from where you are now and where you can be in the future.

Going through prep allows you to see all your quality's and flaws and I bet you cannot wait to get into the off-season and grow. Some people can't take the sacrifice and play it off as "I want to have a life", I'm sick of counting food and miss going out drinking with mates", well nobody said it would be easy so suck it up push through and win. Good luck mate.

Because of the way your hips are shaped you should pull the sides of your posing trunks up more ( so it is more " V " like). They don't really seem to be a good fit, maybe too tight (?)

Your still not doing the side chest right, you need to bring that non-flex arm DOWN. You have it way up in the air.

Make sure to flex the quads and also the glutes/hamstrings during the relaxed shots.

Otherwise looking good, coming along buddy. I think with the big drop in carbs you just did you're going to feel a bit flatter so your muscles won't pop as much as they have been but the fat will come off again.

Hamstrings are looking pretty good in the first side triceps you posted.

Pull your trunks up a little higher bro, trust me. Really hike them up. It'll make your waist seem so much smaller, and will uncover a load more detail in your legs. It might not seem like much but it makes a HUGE difference.
