I feel like i might be over doing my chest days. I do 3 sets flat bb bench press 3 sets BB incline 3 sets bb decline 3 sets dumbell super setted with dumbell flys...

all you really need is incline and flat. i personally only have to chest exercises on my upper body days (2x a week) but i do 4-5 sets per exercise when cutting and 5-7 sets per exercise when bulking. you'd be overdoing it at this point if you were barely eating anything. that said, you'd be fine with just 2-3 chest exercises if you're hitting them with proper intensity. just do what feels right. and hit your chest at least 2x a week.
