GST PULLDAY!!!!

SUPPS:
1 Cellucor Super HD in the morn and afternoon
1 whole scoop of assault! (2 servings)

Weak point training: Flat BB bench
55 x 20 (warmup)
195 x 5 (alone no spot, didnt go further due to fear of failure)
with someone behind me spotting i can bust out 210-225

core lift
Bent BB rows (again at 60%)
135 x 8
135 x 8
135 x 8
i never realized how much bicep work is in these core lifts. biceps very really throbbing haha.

supplement lift 1
flat bench DB rows (4-5 sets of 6 reps so i had to pick a weight i could manage!)
65's x 6 (felt light here)

65's x 6 (felt heavier)
65's x 6
65's x 6 (really struggled actually)

lat pulldown with pullup grip

ASSAULT ORANGE MANGO INITIAL THOUGHTS
mixabilty 9/10
mixed pretty instantly but required a slight bit of shaking.

Flavor 10/10
The orange mango is straight delicious!!!! taste exactly like it sounds orange's mixed with mango's LOL. This is the second tub of orange mango i have had, and i still love it!!

Energy 9/10
I really miss this feeling! I was on Beta-cret for a month before this, and that was a completely different feeling. the beta-cret had natural feeling energy with tons of focus!!! The assault has a crazy surging energy that makes you want to just tear ever DB apart haha! It is good to switch it up sometimes so im liking the over hyperness! The energy doesnt make me feel cracked out, but just like i am on top of my game.

Focus 8/10
the focus was pretty darn solid. Felt like i had nothing else going through my mind but lifting weight! The focus was not as intense as beta-cret
