    Would Greek yogurt be an ideal protein source preworkout?

    Like first thing i do is have my massiv breakfast/preworkout which consists of oatmeal greek yogurt, egg whites, and some berries.

    is Greek yogurt a good source of protein pre/breakfast workout?

    My point is ideal is very subjective

    Some would say it has to be a fast digesting protein
    Others a whole food source
    others just want X grams
    others want any complete protein source
    Other want something with minimal fat
