Spawn is pretty damn strong from my understanding. It isnt necessary to have a SERM for it, but it is probably a good idea. You can use OTC PCT's but not having a SERM on hand is like not having a condom and picking up a hooker...Its a chance most people wont take.
Pain is temporary, It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit however, it lasts forever. That surrender, even the smallest act of giving up, stays with me. So when I feel like quitting, I ask myself, which would I rather live with? Facing up to that question, and finding a way to go on, is the real reward, better than any trophy. -Lance Armstrong

SERMs will start you back up if you get shutdown. OTC PCT's are good for almost all cycles. SERMs are not necessary for all cycles unlike what alot of people preach on these boards. It is a good idea to have access to a SERM if you are using a harsh PH/DS because they can help to prevent gyno, or stop it from occuring. But like I said SERMs are over preached by people on these boards and gyno is running rampant on these boards. 90% of the time an OTC is sufficient. I am not an expert on these, but if you I am wrong on any of this please correct me. And if you have more questions people like VT can help, he has alot more knowledge than I do about these things/.
