Wtf, my little sister who is 12 goes horse riding and she has to carry water buckets as she helps out. Thats it.
Im at the gym 3-4 times per week training biceps once per week keeping the sets low, maybe 8-9 sets for my bi's per week.
Anyway her biceps are growing faster than mine its insane! seriously im not even joking when i say she has bigger biceps than some of those fitness girl BBers. All her other muscles are non existant.
LOL anoying thing is she keeps going on about hers growing faster than mine, but alteast there not bigger.

I keep making jokes about her drinkin my protein shakes ahah.

man i only do 2-3 sets MAX on my bi's each week; some of you guys are doing some pretty high sets there.
I used to do like 12 sets, changed to a programme that has been round like 20 years, 2x5-7 reps bam! thats it, and i find it to be just as good if not better...not worth the time, all those high number of sets, is my point...if that made any sense?PANTERA.

peopel on here have to stop freaking out about super high set training. i hit my traps with 15 sets now, and im seeing crazy gains. Read thsi one article on BB, its sum old school 70's bodybuidler that woudl do liek 50 sets for legs and he trined this other guy and liek almsot killed him. anyway, point being, different peopel respoind differently to set ranges. try for a couple of workouts gogin super high set's to shock ur muslces

yeh the article you were reading was about steve michalik and the guy he almost killed was john defendis but he bred him to win the usa.
most teens on this board cry and bitch so much about training with high sets. god damn, youre not gona overtrain if you over exert yourself. 2-3 sets for your bi's, wtf? how long does that take you? 2 minutes? come on, thats pathetic.
