LMAO, according to the science...no it wont. If you are a rat or mouse then youd be HYOOGE. I think there are better choices for any possible benefit of tribulus making it completely useless IMO but there is science to support libido claims.

You may want to try it again, double placebo controlled. Just to make sure and of course for the sake of science everywhere.

Bane, i have heard mixed reviews of glycerol supplementation in the weight training environment. as u stated it has positive effects such as hyperhydration ext, but i have also heard it lowers intracellular fluid levels thus making it a "cell shrinker", is this true?

Depends on the state of the body. Precontest it can work extremely well in certain individuals.

It could theorrytically due to osmosis do this if taken without enough water(I mix 20grams glycerol with half a litre water). Personally I never take glycerol when low BP is not an issue, which for me is most of the year

It's not garbage. I personally really like the effects on mood and libido. Just don't expect steroid-like effects

    Pyruvate

Lest us not forget pyruvate at any realistic intake level. It might work, but noone can take 20grams or more daily.

    As a reply...
I personally like CLA for preventing fat accumulation as well as maintenance. Plenty of studies available.

Glycerine is good enough, but really unless you compete as bber or an endurance athlete, it seems to be a waste.

IIRC, and don't quote me on this (which no doubt some comedian will do anyway for comic value), but the porcine adrenal tissue was/is essentially T3.

not a valid post, especially the tech part. You need to explain what compound in there exactly.

you have to name the compound aka ingredient, not a product. Also we are not talking one brand as creatine mono and dextrose are proven ingredients that deliver.

In reference to what you bolded, he is talking CEE vs. creatine mono, HMB vs. leucine, things like that.

Also remember this is the supplement science section, we strictly talking science here, not which company doesnt deliver due to their overhyped ads.

Go to first page and tell me what ZMA is. Relax man.

what is cee? just combination of creatine and ethyl ester.
Creatine gluconate = creatine + gluconic acid

We can talk about science of creatine with dextrose and prove if it has a synergistic action compared with mono. Only by the fact of beeing chelated in a lab it dont converts it into a simple form aka ingredient aka compound. With this info we can prove that dextrose could be a big useless compound added to mono, or better or worst to other creatine combinations ie: ribose at 90s or methyl chelated at 00s.

    I added ZMA because:
-It is a prop blend that is practically used as a compound by many companies. You see supplements with "ZMA xxx mg" on their labels. You can consider it an alternative form of zinc/magnesium.
-There are studies on it proving it worthless

This actually is the thyroid tissue.
As far as I can remember the FDA had issued a warning about adrenal glans conatining products, due to their high corticosteroid content

I couldn't quite remember properly. I ran a quick googley search but couldn't find any pridycts for porcine thyroid tissue, but found one for the adrenal tissue so figured that must be it.
