LMAO, according to the science...no it wont. If you are a rat or mouse then youd be HYOOGE. I think there are better choices for any possible benefit of tribulus making it completely useless IMO but there is science to support libido claims.

Depends on the state of the body. Precontest it can work extremely well in certain individuals.

It could theorrytically due to osmosis do this if taken without enough water(I mix 20grams glycerol with half a litre water). Personally I never take glycerol when low BP is not an issue, which for me is most of the year

It's not garbage. I personally really like the effects on mood and libido. Just don't expect steroid-like effects

Glycerine=good stuff. Keeps you hydrated, keeps BP from dropping e.t.c. The only problem with Glycerine is it is liquid, making it inappropriate for powdered/capped products.
Now GMS= glycerine bonded with stearic acid.
Staric acid=fat
Not only it is fat but is also weights 3 times more than glycerol.
There are far better forms of solid glycerol than this

Lest us not forget pyruvate at any realistic intake level. It might work, but noone can take 20grams or more daily.

I personally like CLA for preventing fat accumulation as well as maintenance. Plenty of studies available.

The thougth crossed my mind to do this thread. The idea is to make a thread with collectively all the compounds currently used in supplements that:
a)Do nothing/very little for the purpose they are used
b)Are actually counterproductive for bodybuilding purposes
c)Are inferior/more expensive to other forms of the same compound
d)Have serious health issues

In reference to what you bolded, he is talking CEE vs. creatine mono, HMB vs. leucine, things like that.

what is cee? just combination of creatine and ethyl ester.
Creatine gluconate = creatine + gluconic acid

We can talk about science of creatine with dextrose and prove if it has a synergistic action compared with mono. Only by the fact of beeing chelated in a lab it dont converts it into a simple form aka ingredient aka compound. With this info we can prove that dextrose could be a big useless compound added to mono, or better or worst to other creatine combinations ie: ribose at 90s or methyl chelated at 00s.
