in terms for clean and jerk and snatch what is good lifts for your weight
for example 2.5x bw dead lift is considered great but what about the olympic lifts?

I start taking guys serious as lifters when they can snatch bodyweight. For women and younger lifters, qualifying for any national meet.
Olympic Weightlifting: Cuban Method

under the tab Athletic Funding/Development there is Qualifying Standards.
Is that sorta what you were looking for? Up here, each province differs slightly. Unfortunately it's overall total, not each individual lift. I was told though, that it's usually a 10-20k gap between your snatch and your C&J....
