    How much weight should I gain per week?

    Hey guys,

    Just started bulking, so how much weight should I be gaining? I'm going for a fairly clean bulk, only 10% over maintenance, need to know how much I should be gaining so I can re-adjust my caloric needs.

    In my research I've got anything from 0.5lbs to 2lbs a week, so that's why I'm asking you guys for some more opinions.

    0.5 to 2lbs a week at your size though i wouldnt mess around with a clean bulk just bulk and eat 500 to 1000kcal over your mantenance and get plenty of protein
