Hey guys,
Just started bulking, so how much weight should I be gaining? I'm going for a fairly clean bulk, only 10% over maintenance, need to know how much I should be gaining so I can re-adjust my caloric needs.
In my research I've got anything from 0.5lbs to 2lbs a week, so that's why I'm asking you guys for some more opinions.
