I tried one before and it tasted awful and I was turned away immediately. I have had some nasty beverages before but that wasn't tolerable nor do I remember which it was.

The first version was chalky and terrible. I heard these are reformulated. What is the protein source? It says "non-carbonated" on the bottle, FYI

They sell it outside Fort Lewis WA near Dupint at a truck stop. I almost took the plunge since I love original monster and assault but couldn't imagine taste would be very good.

You guys know the Rehab line has a low carb 100 calorie option, right? 15g protein and taste perfectly fine. There is a bit if a weird feeling in your mouth after, kinda like a residue or something, but flavour is fine. This has been out for quite awhile.
