The funnies thing about that picture is that boy pig literally stayed like that for over 30 hour. He took a nap like that!! Boys.
@DM, we shall see. I doubt it though. 90 was pretty heavy.Spoon Barbell Club

BSG wishing I had no farm chores this am.
This girl is sore. Working cows, climbing fences was so not fun this am. Everything is just tired. I still have to carry the milk to the babies and milk one more. Am not liking this this am. Hoping it is better tomorrow. I just feel really tight. Maybe I will get a foam roller. Hummm.Spoon Barbell Club

Holy PR party jj!!! Awesome job! My hands are killing me lifting 125 on SLDL- I can't imagine lifting that much haha!!!
Seriously - you are getting crazy strong - this plan is really working for you. I should probably back off and work on squat form myself. I noticed this morning I don't get deep enough on my working sets (which I already knew) but I have a funny consistent wiggle from my right hip back to the middle on my way down. I only do it when I'm past my warmups and have loaded it up. Really need to figure that on out.
Hope you have a great day! We are expecting either a little snow or some sleety mix here today- I hate driving in that mix crap!!Please join me on my journey to find balance:

Oh my goodness you have to get a foam roller. They are awesome- I could never live without one! The only complaint I have about them is they require energy which I don't have a lot of in the evenings so I don't do it as much as I would like But they are amazing!

HEy MM! I totally understand the hip wiggle on squats. I have a feeling now that I have deads down, time to focus on squats and pullups.
Drive safely!! I hate the wintery mix shiz as well. It doesn't do much for my mental well being either!
LOL! Hey P!
I did get one and you are totally right, they are awesome and evil at the same time. I have this muscle that runs parallel to my spine and it gives me grief all the time! Hubs came in a asked to borrow said foam roller!!

Okay, first off last week was terrible. I didn’t make it to the gym on Friday. I got a phone call at 7:50 that none of the paychecks hit the bank. So I knew I was going to have to drive to Houston. We also were slated to give the last shot to the cows at 11 am. This meant that was the earliest I could leave for my 5 hour drive was 11:30. So while trying to drag one of my Jersey cows down the lane I barked my head on a 1x4. It dropped me to my knees. Needless to say, a workout was not going to happen that day. All weekend I was really tired. The deads last week made me sore in muscles I didn’t know I had. I calculated it out and I dead lifted 6095# that day. For a 138# female, I thought that was pretty good. Maybe not, but it shocked me when I added it up.
So anyway,I rested this weekend. Slept in, well as much a someone with small children, and cows in heat can. And hit it today.
Clean, squat press

I hope your head feels okay. Do cows bellow all night long when they're in heat - like a cat? That would be weird to listen to while trying to sleep.
