i quite like those statements from pug which you have presented, i think anyone who disagrees or gets offended by him doesnt have a true understanding of the basics of nutrition, or just a broscientist. sometimes he comes off quite rude and arrogant, but the amount of times he's posted the same basic information and people just dis-regard it and argue their non-logical non-scientific facts he gets quite mad and shoots off into the world of sarcasm

I use only legal suppliements and preferably bb.com's but will use any that have good ads and are willing to sponsor me during or sans my total body transformation. Everyone is natty, and discussion of illegal or banned substances is a bannable offense at bb.com even when you tell someone that taking them is a bad idea for them personally (such as the case of my only ban thus far), so I decided to officially join the "lifetime natty/pro-suppliment bandwagon/$$$ with the rest of you", as this seems to be the magic secret to getting $$$ in this game.

Actually it isn't about being condescending it is about trying to make a little extra $$$ from my choice of hobbies/lifestyles. I came to an epiphany during my ban... and realized that continually boasting of one's natty status seems to be the primary mechanism for getting anywhere as far as sponorships or having people pay attention to you when you don't look like an IFBB pro... and as the perfect cop out for flaws or shortcomings in one's physique... "Well I would look better/have better biceps/more full muscle bellies if I wasn't a natty...." and allows one to be adored and sponsorable short of perfection.

It is a mark of insecurity to accuse people of illegal drug use just because they are making progress... although after I finish transforming my physique to a far more aestetic one than I had at my previous peak... I expect such slanders to my character to appear.

I never said fish oil was useless... I have been pimping n-3 fats on forums since 2002.

Don't knock the bb.com testosterone boosters... I am making gains on them even in a caloric deficit. I've lost an inch off my waist, gained 7 lbs of bodyweight and put 20 lbs of my deadlift in two weeks... bb.com suppliments worked for me and they can work for you also. I use a large number of different testosterone boosters that bb.com sells and strongly suspect that I am gaining weight due to increased glycogen storage (as a result of the increased insulin sensitivity in my muscle tissue) due to the greatly enhanced androgen levels and from switching to a higher carb diet, dispite being on reduced calories.
