Our routine today
WOD for Wednesday February 6:
WOD 1: [Team Box Relay]
10 Burpees
15 KB Swings (53/35lbs) Kettlebell
20 OHS (45/35lbs) Overhead squats
25 HR Push-ups
30 DL’s (135/95lbs) deadlifts
35 D-Unders/100 Singles Jump rope
3RFT 3 sets of the above
30min CAP
**Using 3 rows of 6 taped out boxes on the floor. Split class into 3 equal teams. All teams start at front end of room, one athlete enters first box and completes 10 burpees before moving onto 2nd box and so on. Must keep athlete order and exercise order. Team objective is to work through boxes as fast as possible racing adjacent teams. No lapping or passing allowed. First team to get all athletes through 3 RFT wins.Instagram= lighteyedhapa

Dang...I missed our one on one time together.
But I've been going to workout fasted too. It sucked for the first week or so, but the body seems to have adapted.
Mornin'. And I did get a copy of Gangster Squad so I'll be watching that later.

That's how I felt the first couple weeks I did it. No energy, felt weaker, and kinda made me feel sick. But seems like my body got used to it cause I'm ok doing it now.
You been doing the fasting cardio for awhile now or just started?
I'm off to the gym now to go do chest day now, and will finish in time for lunch as my first meal of the day.My vids

I recently switched to training fasted in the morning with only a PWO. Love it
In fact, I'll take a PWO instead of coffee in the morning now, gym or no gym
I use Xtend and Protocol v2. I take the Protocol half-pre mixed with my PWO and half-intra mixed with Xtend.

My biggest issue is I hate anything that is cool aid tasting. I will say the pineapple coconut flavor from CoCrete was insane but it has Beta Alanine in it. BA gives me too much tingling feel with prickly heat.Instagram= lighteyedhapa

I think I will go back to Xtend when I finished the tub of MP Recon. I agree I love the Watermelon flavor too.
I agree with the brahs get some BCAA's without carbs or BA.
Watermelon Xtend tastes good with some KFC fried chicken extra crispy, mashed taters and gravy and collard greens. no wacist
