btw weighed in this morning at 168 and 11.5%bf so im maintaining weight pretty well but slowly slowly dropping bf%
id probably look better if i did ab work lols. i never do abs gona try to do them 2x a week now if i can. whatever abs i have now (top 4pack when flexed) comes from deads and my bf%.

def noticed my delts are getting a little bigger. feelsgoodman.

yep. still suprised i can see the top 4 well since ive gained 8lbs since my avi pic but only went up 1%bf or so.

anyone got a nice short but sweet ab routine? thinkin im gona do it on cardio day, heres what i had in mind:
-captains chair leg raises
-full vert crunch
-reverse crunch
-russian twists (weighted)
-weighted decline sit ups
-planks

^not all of that for the workout necessarily as i think id be spent half way through since i havent done abs in forever theyre prob weaksauce.

I usually keep it short and sweet - 2-3 exercises with 3 sets each of 10-15 reps

Favorites are:
-Hanging Knee Raise
-V Crunch
-Ex Ball Pull In
-BB Ab Rollout

Ive actually heard its a pretty good routine.

side note:

saw the movie "beastly" last saturday with the gf. nice modern day interpretation of beauty and the beast. 8/10 ---also had neil patrick harris in it

going to see "red riding hood" tonight with her. tonight. looking forward to it and gona eat some good chit during the movie

Considering the level of damage and such I would think they would at least offer your credit to travel some where else.
