Track Walk
30 minutes
1.5 miles
I only walked that long because there were 2 chicks walking up there that were hot and they were a good motivator to keep going
RECOVERY
10 minutes
Precor Stretch Trainer
30 seconds each all 8 stretches
Post-Workout: 1 scoop AfterMath
SOCCER
45 minutes
Pre-Soccer: 1 scoop SuperPump
5-2 Loss
Beast Scores 1 goal
I have decided to play more midfield because I should be in the shape where I can run the whole field for the whole game. We need the help more on defense and as a midfielder I can still take plenty of shots. I played the second half at midfield tonight. At halftime we were down 5-0. I think this is gonna help us a lot as a team and me a lot because I will get more hard conditioning in
SOCCER RECOVERY
30 minutes
Stretching & Foam Rolling
about 15 minutes of a combination of both stretching and foam rolling. I definitely need to get a pvc piece for rolling now. I plan to pick one up right after Christmas.
Icing
I also laid on some ice while watching some TV

Been absent for about a week, and missed the 500 lb. squat. Congrats! It looked solid.
Also, see you started taking bcaa's during the workout, is it a mix or are you mixing with something ( juice, Gatorade)? My Journal (LRB 365):

Starting Cycle 7
Getting to the gym this week and next seemed like it was going to be impossible so I decided to plan on getting my 3x3 week over 2 weeks. So this Thursday and Friday I will hit OHP and Deads and next week hit Bench and Squat on Thursday and Friday. If I can make it Mon and Tuesday next week I will make them conditioning days.
Today will be light cardio and stretchingThe Beast Journey to Elite
