wow i wouldn't worry much i think you look great right now if you want to look even better then just drop some body fat by doing cardio and some leg exercises for the quads it looks from your profile pic that you have good ab definition underneath the little amount of fat have you played any sports before? you already look good though in like 2 months you should look amazing =O lol

Spot reduction is definitely a myth. Don't listen to anyone saying otherwise!!!
1. Diet
2. Cardio
3. Squats
4. Profit!!!
Don't worry about your thighs or butt getting smaller, because as your hips gets leaner, your butt will appear rounder. And as you shed fat from your thighs and butt, while they are physically smaller, they will be visually more feminine and sexy.
It's sort of how a guy can look bigger by losing ten pounds, even if he loses 8 pounds of fat and 2 pounds of muscle.

Definately Deadlifts, ATG Squats, and GOod mornings! Diet is indeed most important to keeping ur midsection nice and lean (try assited weight (using some resistance) when doing crunches/abs as well) .. however training/lifting with heavy weights will assist in gaining mass nice good mass..
