    Yes, first I was fat then my passion was cycling so I lost so much fat and weight.. skinny about 6-7 % body fat, when I moved to USA then it was a different chapter in my life... now i'm in process of getting my body as "build" as I can lol

    Well you did great at it. I'm struggling myself only weight 169 but 28%bf. It's a bitch but seeing other people do it is an inspiration. You guys aren't just showing off great results but also encouraging others at the same time.
