Oh yeah i was aware of his heart Problem. Its just on the surface when you compare his Physical Build to someone like Glenn russ and get 100 people and say which one do think will suffer a heart attack first i think its safe to say that the majority of people would vote for Glenn. Oviuosly Iam picking extremes here but there are very few competitive strongman that i can think of that looked leaner than Jon Paul.

You got me...I must have horrible genetics if I gain weight from not moving and eating fastfood for 3 years...I mean its so pathetic I could only barely dunk a nerf ball as a 285 lbs H.S. athlete with shortish arms....wow so much fast twitch potential is horrible...man im really fat and pathetic.

Damng those horrible Meso-Endo genetics making weight gain easy for both fat and muscle and lose with necessary stimuli....and those same genetics that had me benching 300 lbs 5 months into lifting and 400lbs without even any heavy leg/back training, supplementation, or real knowledge of training as a casual lifter in college @ 260 lbs of bodyweight relatively lean.

Being fat isnt my biggest fear in life.

I gained weight while living an unhealthy lifestyle due to starting 2 businesses and becoming an excellent poker player....it was a period of my life I dont regret and that my bank account will NEVER regret now that I can sit back and enjoy thousands a month in passive income.

Ive lost 45 lbs of fat in the last 4-5 months and continue to get stronger while losing fat....and will always be 6 foot tall and have a massive frame which is more than I can say for....

You need to read the thread I never even talked about the short pollack and the guys just lambasts me for calling Mariusz a juicehead(he obviously is juiced at an insanely abusive level) and for assuming there will probably be some CV issues in Mariusz' life in the next 30 yrs....I completely stand by that statement also(ask Mike Matarazzo how much being in insanely good VO2 shape will keep you from catastrophic CV events- again not necessarily a heart attack).

The guy attacks me personally calling me fatty or whatever(obviously I dont really care too much or I wouldnt be open on my profile as to my weight) and when I respond im the bad guy.

I would hope you are spanking me ive been lifting heavy for a grand total of one week since a three year layoff of complete inactivity. Ive been using mostly bodyweight exercises and super light weights to rehabilitate myself for the last few months while researching how best to proceed on a serious lifting program and the numbers represent a test day in which I never seriously challenged my strength(I didnt come close to failing a lift). I did that in order to start conservatively in a linear progression program which as I have read is the proper way to do things.

You can follow my log if you want I should be passing you on bench within like what 5-10weeks...Deadlift sometime this year if I keep DLing after the 5X5 program. I actually pulled 275 the other day just in a moment of stupidity...pretty easy weight for what it is worth, probably could triple it) but I need the CNS work and to learn the form....so lighter weight is better at this point.
