started my cut on wednesday. diet sucks so far but i'm excited to see the end result.
I'm competing in an NANBF show on July 10th, so I'm about 16 weeks out.

pretty since i started back in august '08 haha. strength went through the roof.. i was benching about 230 when i started back then now i maxed out on 325 on tuesday.

my workout split is basic
monday- back 16-20 sets
tuesday- chest 16-20 sets
wednesday- off
thursday- shoulders 16 sets, traps 6 sets
friday- 12 sets biceps, 12 sets triceps
saturday- off
sunday- quads/hammies 20ish sets, calves 6 sets
and for my bulking diet.. i pretty much ate whatever the **** i wanted. as long as i got around 3600-4000 calories and 250+ grams of proteinhttp://instagram.com/live_laugh_lift26
