What tricep exercises should i do for mass

Currently i always do tricep dips and tricep pushdowns. Should i change anything and i usually change the last exercise. What do you recommend. I dont like dumbell overhead extensions because i cant seem to grip it right and it hurts my wrist and i have bad form. So should i do Cable Rope Overhead Tricep Extension? Is the Decline Dumbbell Tricep Extension good? Kneeling Cable Concentration Triceps Extension, i found that one interesting is it good? suggestions btw the gym i go to has no barbells

no barbells? first step, new gym, then this^^^^ and work on your form for overhead dumbbell extensions. Start with lightweight and you'll get it

Heavy rope pulldowns supersetted with light overhead rope extensions to recruit all fibres, finish with close grip bench. That will hit all heads of the tricep

Any tricep exercise will add mass providing you use decent enough form to hit the tris and keep adding weight/doing more reps.

My favourites are weighted dips and skull crushers.

I usually cheat on the last two or three reps. Same with bicep curls. When you're squeezing out the last two or three reps in a set of, say, 12-15, I don't see the problem with a little cheating. I will agree though, some people cheat through their entire set, and it shows.

I like behind the back dips, Pushdowns with the V handle, and skullcrushers myself. I do chest the same day, so my tri's get hit pretty well with Flat, Incline, and Decline bench. If I have the energy at the end of my workout I'll throw in some kickbacks or overhead extensions. (I really dislike working arms)
You can wait for tomorrow, I gotta make it happen.

I was reading in a magazine somewhere that V-bar pushdowns are critical to full tricep stimulation and thus growth as well. I don't remember the name; or head, rather, that the article was referring to - but I have since incorporated v-bar pushdowns and have seen very visible new growth.

It may not be the overall best mass builder but it will definitely help. I'd say do 2 or so freeweight movements and then an isolation movement at the end, probably something like this :

    skullcrushers - 3 sets 10, 8, 8
    close grip bench press - 3 sets 10, 8, 6
    v bar pressdowns - 3 sets 10, 12, 12

That would probably be a pretty solid tricep workout for me, but it may suck terribly for you. We're all different but for me that would be kickass.

Close grip bench, Tri Extensions, Dips IMO are the best.
