I think one of the greatest things about BB'ing is that you never have to start over. Once you've attained a certain physique and muscularity it's just a little hill to climb to get back to that. Look at BH and Myth, they get out of shape when life happens, and when they get back in the gym they're solid in weeks.

The kind of shape you were in is the kind of shape you will be in after you get through this and get back to the iron.

My father has five -yes 5 - primary cancers. Not one that has metastized, but 5 primaries. His first diagnosis was 10 years ago, and he has fought non-stop. He is very positive. His 4th diagnosis was his ocular cancer. He was already blind in one eye, because of an injur when he was 10YO), and he decided to teach himself all his musical instruments before he went completely blind (he plays banjo, guitar, violuin, mandolin, and more) while he was going blind and said to me: "Lisa, this isn't going to get me. None of these will."

He has since had a diagnosis of a 5th primary, and his attitude has not changed.

I am glad you hijacked the thread. Lets hope you are ok and back in fighting shape again. I have been knocked down many times in life. But I get back up and fight back.
