Any of you shop at Costco?
I know that people with families that shop there alot save money. But are the savings enough that I would get any benefit to pay the $50 to join just to buy meat? It'd be mainly just food for me not a family.

Man the nearest Costco/Sam's Club to me is about an hour away so I can't justify joining. We go to the local Walmart in KY and I love it there no sales tax on food!!

You're better off finding a friend that go to Costco often and tag a long.

Since Jan 10th I've been taking in 3200-3300 calories and this is not counting the fruits and veggies I'm also eating and I'm still losing weight! Should I eat more brahs? I even guess the calories I'm taking in when I'm eating nuts instead of weighing them. I just basically get each jar of almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, and cashews then pour it straight into my mouth. I figure each mouthful is like .5 ounce and just count it like that. Good part is I am getting more vascular. I'm able to see my veins pop out now on my chest, shoulders, calves, and quads now when I'm working out. I am still awaiting to see the bottom ab veins pop out where it runs straight to the pen0r!

Hey Deku, I am sure by now you are kinda convinced, its' content is about 95% and above water.. Actually it's good for those wanna have the "full" feeling during their cal deficit during cut. It works great and it's packed with their kinda nutrients as well. I had recommended to some of my students here, they seemed to see results fast eh So thinking to share with my other Asian Dragons Bros here....

Not sure who can advise you whether to increase your intake or maintain unless one knows exactly your needed macros. Assure you are using a correct factor to get your TDEE.
