I have the fudge brownie and vanilla, and I just make oatmeal with 1/2cup oats and milk or wate(whichever fits your macros) and mix in 1 scoop after. Tastes pretty good, and filling when you're cutting, not sure if its too many cals for you tho, 280cal total with water

120g Quick Oats
+ 1 scoop choc malt gold standard whey
mix
3 tble spoons nutella
30g peanut butter
add 2 scoops of dynamite chocolate peanut butter casein protein powder in a bowl, add water, mix (super thick sludge) then mix as a topping too your dish.
I have this when I am super busy to cram in my calories + macros.

During my last prep I cut out this sludge stuff like 4 weeks out. So I'm not sure what to mix with during prep but when not prepping for anything I love to mix it in with cottage cheese, low fat plain greek yogurt, and then I melt 2 tbspn. of peanut butter in the microwave and pour it into the bowl and mix it all together. It tastes so amazing. As you could imagine, the banana and peanut butter goes together so well.

ricotta/overnight oats base + vanilla trutein, applejacks, banana, and breyer's birthday blast...vanilla trutein is now probably my favorite powder - can go in all sorts of directions with it. funny how I thought ON vanilla was the worst tasting protein I've had...go figure another brand's vanilla ends up being my favorite. Powders truly are hit and miss per person on a flavor-by-flavor, brand-by-brand basis.

1 Oatmeal Mapley Brown Sugar PT (the oatmeal ones are pretty good. Just got new Confetti Cake PTs, too)
WF Choco and Caramel sauces
Wish PTs weren't so high-kcal for these bowls. Never realized how great they are frozen.IIFYM Forever.

Finally got my fluff to fluff
3tbsp egg whites, beat to relatively stiff peaks
2 scoops ON Vanilla casein
1 cup frozen strawberries, mashed
1 frozen banana, mashed (note: frozen bananas freeze into ice cream consistency. delicious.)
1/2 cup skim milk
I think what helped this time especially was that I froze the metal bowl for 30mins before adding everything.
Temperature seems to mean just about everything when it comes to fluff.
Topped with
1 Confetti Cupcake PT
1 cup double chocolate krave
1 cup CTC
1 Chocolate skinny cow
Then finished it off with a pint of B&J's Cheesecake Brownie. First time eating over maintenance in a while.IIFYM Forever.
