i can squat 315 easy when both of my knees feel good and with a belt!

yeah thanks for the correction bro!
and ive been super safe with it promise! my body is super tolerant right now.
i take a super hd at like 9am and then again at like 4pm maybe even later sometimes along with my assault!
i listen to my body just like i tell everyone else to do on the nation.. im def not going past that point though. and i plan on cycling after this!
for right now though the 2 HD's and the assault feel literally perfect! no sleep problems, no heart racing, no jitters, just a clean good feeling!

LOL, sorry brother but at the amount your taking, and for how long you have been on caf. I would say at least 1 month, or 2. Dont take this lightly man, its very important and can really mess with you as you grow. if its anything you want to take care of its your CNS. Just remember why you started BB any way, it was to get healthy, right? well, sorry to break it to you, but the way you are treating your CNS is by no means healthy at all.

glad to hear that bro, im not trying to criticize, just trying to help. Im sure many will agree with what i have to say, just as westlundfitness already has
and ya, you can def. take the P6 during the stim break. keep in mind you will probably feel horrible for the first few days, up to a week, without any caf. this is due to your reliance on caf. you will be lethargic, and tired, and might not even feel like working out, but you gotta keep pushing bro. Its no joke dropping from 600+ mg of caf. per day, down to close to 0, im telling you know, prepare for a hell week, haha.

Idk how much caffeine is in soda but all through highschool I drank at least a 12pack every day. And I was in decent shape you could say.Athletics > Aesthetics
