I do not have a good understanding of fish oil, but I am assuming that for the most part it is all the same. I just saw that Costco has 400 pack for $6.99 after the discount, and I thought that it was a good deal. Also, I was reading that with multivitamins that it is good for them to be in tablet form so they won't get digested until they are in the small intestines. However, the fish oil from Costco is soft gel form. Does that matter? If you have any suggestions about a better/cheaper form of fish oil I would be happy to hear it.

Thanks.

Thats what I use! Kirkland all the way baby for that fish oil. I also use vitamin e and vitamin c from Kirkland in conjunction with Animal Pak. I dont think twice if I am getting all my vitamins on top of my food.

Not all fish oil is the same.
The biggest difference as an end consumer that you'll likely encounter is the EPA/DHA concentration, and form [ethyl ester, natural triglyceride, reconstituted triglyceride].
There are also differences in the raws and sources, extraction and processing, and a number of other things. It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

i think costco has very good stuff ...both quality wise and product price wise. I like the ecentric coated omega 3 because its high in epa/dha per cap and cheap & the premium preformance multi...both are cheap will last a long time especially the multi and seem dosed effectively.

Check the label and see if it's undergone molecular distillation to remove mercury and PCBs. Someone mentioned that on the forums awhile back and I thought it was something to look into.
I try to only purchase fish oil that has had the mercury and pcbs removed. If it doesn't state it then I can't be sure.
