    is wholemeal bread bad or good?

    i have 8 slices of wholemeal bread every day ( 15g of carbs, 6g of protein and 100 cals per slice) spread over the day. im currently trying to cut ( usually cut using keto method ) is my diet good or bad?

    7am- 300ml semi skimmed milk 2 scoops of optimum 100% gold standard whey (about 400cals 50g protein 10g carbs)

    10am-2 slices of wholemeal bread with PB and 1 scoop of whey ( 400cals 40g protein 35g carbs )

    12.30am-2 slices of wholemeal bread with PB and 1 scoop of whey ( 400cals 40g protein 35g carbs )

    3pm-2 slices of wholemeal bread with PB and 1 scoop of whey ( 400cals 40g protein 35g carbs )

    5pm- gym

    8pm tuna omelette ( 430 cals 50g protein 0 carb)

    I train for strength and power lower reps heavy weight

    bench 130kg 6 reps 5 sets
    squat 150kg 3 reps 6 sets
    DL 190kg 2 reps 7 sets

    im 6'1 220lbs 20 years old and about 18%BF???

    I Prefer it. its cheap, its easy and quick to prepare and easy to carry around with me.
    I prefer i diet like this because of how strict it is, stops me from cheating.
