What happens if you stop taking Creatine?

I was wondering, what happens if you've been taking creatine for about a month or two.... Then you stop?

What're the effects if you stop completely.

What're the effects if you stop for 4 days?

if you stop completely i assume it only clear tat you will become unsaturated and you will lose whatever water weight you retained, and maybe see some strength decreases.

if you stop for 4 days, i assume you would only begin to lose some saturation and just need to start up again asap.. ive missed 2-3 days before by mistake.. i didnt notice anything

Yeah I just ran out of Creatine, have to order tomorrow and 2-3 day wait...

yea im sure you wont really see any difference.. i was in the hospital for a few days last month and i missed like 6 days.. i weighed myself when i got home and i was like 3 lbs less.. but thats also bcuz of hospital diet is 10x more different then my normal diet

I lose my strenght and endurance around 2 weeks later. But when I consume BCAA's or an intra drink I dont lose any gains at all. Then at week 4 or so im back to normal.
